Cancellation Policy

Tropic Transfers and Tours C.R. - Reservation and Cancellation Policy 1. Reservation Process Booking: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the service. Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the service. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or cash. Taxes: Prices do not include 13% VAT (Value Added Tax), which will be added to the final amount at the time of payment. 2. Changes and Modifications Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes. 3. Cancellation Policy More than 72 hours before the tour: Full refund (minus any transaction fees). Between 24–72 hours before the tour: Partial refund (30% cancellation fee). Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund. No show: No refund and full charge. 4. Special Conditions Adverse Weather or Unforeseen Events: If the service cannot be provided due to weather or other factors, we offer rescheduling or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. Discounted/Promotional Bookings: Special cancellation terms apply for bookings with discounts or promotions, which will be provided at the time of booking. 5. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for verifying booking details (time, location, services) upon confirmation.
